95WNiFe Wearing Resistance Hardness Heavy Tungsten Alloy Pins

Heavy tungsten alloy pins are made of tungsten base (tungsten content is generally 80% - 98%) and a small amount of nickel, iron, copper, cobalt, molybdenum, chromium and other elements. The density of high specific gravity tungsten alloy can reach 15.20~18.70g/cm3, also known as high specific gravity tungsten alloy or high density alloy material. Because tungsten alloy weighs more than twice as much as steel.

Introduction and Feature of Heavy Tungsten Alloy Pins

  1. Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, high specific gravity: General specific gravity 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength: tensile strength 700-1000mpa, strong light absorption: higher than general lead specific gravity 30-40%, high thermal conductivity: mold is 5 times that of steel; Low thermal expansion coefficient: the capacity is only 1/2/3 of that of steel, with good conductivity, welding electricity and cutting resistance.
